Ci4 is the brand of TSC Technologies Private Limited, #184C, Shantiniketan, 2nd Cross, 4th Main, Gayathri Extension, Devasandra, K. R. Puram, Bengaluru 560036. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data you share with us through this careers site.

The details you give us when you apply, join the talent network or complete your joining details: your name, contact details, CV, work and education history, current and expected pay, notice period, answers to role questions and your LinkedIn profile. When you are hired, the joining details and documents you upload (including identity, bank and statutory numbers) are collected for your employment.

• To consider you for other suitable roles, if you join the talent network.
• To onboard and employ you, if you accept an offer.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect against fraud and misuse.

We use AI-assisted tools to help read and compare CVs against a role. A person at Ci4 always makes the decision to progress or decline an application.

Only the Ci4 team members involved in hiring. We use trusted service providers to run this site and communicate with you, such as cloud hosting, Microsoft 365 for email and calendar invites, Cloudflare for security, SMS and messaging providers, and AI service providers for CV screening. They process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

Application data is kept for up to 10 years after your most recent application, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to erase it sooner. If you join Ci4, your data becomes part of your employee record and is kept for 15 years after you leave.

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, and raise a grievance about how we handle it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done, but we will no longer consider your application.

Write to ats@ci4.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We protect your data with access controls, encryption of sensitive numbers and documents, and logging of who views them.
